The Branch would like to welcome S/M Steve Phillips to the Branch.

Steve served between 1976 – 2003, leaving as CCMEA. He served on HMS Fisguard, HMS Caledonia, HMS Sultan, HMS Dolphin, HMS Drake, HMS Neptune, HMS Dreadnought, HMS Sceptre, HMS Torbay, HMS Talent and HMS Triumph
